Joe Meek mics. User experiences

Saw Joe Meek brand mics on AMS. They seem to be comparable price wise with the Behringers, Studio Projects, and Marshall. Curious if anyone in here has used them and their opinion. Thanks. Pj
 
which Joe Meeks are you looking at? I have a pair of JM27's and I like them a lot. I have the JM27's and a pair of Oktava Mk012's. I really like the JM27's on accoustic guitar but as far as drum overheads, the Mk012's get the call every time. Before I got the Oktava's, I used the JM's as overheads and they did a decent job. They are brighter than the Oktava's though and they dont pick up the toms as well.
