Jeepers! Tape prices coming Down on eBay

i think it's just a fluke,...

based on the auction closing at noon on Weds. I think you'll continue to see the big tape feeding frenzy on Ebay continue.

Anyway, as for myself, I've gotten some phenomenal tape deals on Ebay, but e'day's different, and YMMV.;)
 
Could be. I've seen a few end lower than usual this week. Could be an off week. May 20th was suppsed to be when more new quantegy stock would be available. U.S. Recording Media has backed away from that, and now say "a few weeks." Might be another eBay surge if new stuff isn't on the shelves soon -- who knows?

I'm interested to see what ATR Magnetics and/or RMGI in the Netherlands has in store for us. I'm not really buying or selling at this point because several things could happen:

1. The new Quantegy could have issues and I'll be glad to have the old.
2. The new Quantegy will be better and I'll wish I hadn't kept so much old.
3. ATR could come out with a super tape that blows us away.
4. RMGI will get the EMTEC 911 and 468 out and I'll switch back to it.
5. Something I haven't thought of yet.

Ya think I'm worrying about it too much? :D
