JBL 4208 Studio Monitors (Repair?)

I have a chance to buy a pair of JBL 4208 monitors but the tweeters are blown.

1. Are these good high quality monitors to mix on for a home studio?

2. Will the tweeters be easily replaceable?

3. Can I replacve the tweeters for a reasonable amount?

4. And will the replacement improve the sound (depending on which tweeters of course)?

How cheap are they? In the day they got quite good reviews. You need to take into account a new pair of tweeters, I would not get them repaired as they never sound as good as new ones. JBL will have replacements. If the price is cheap enough with the repair factored in they may do you just fine.
