I've lost the marker boxes and punch in and out times

The features in the large transport have disappeared. Now they are in these little black boxes in the upper-left-hand corner but not where they use to be.

Originally there were 9 boxes that were the quick toggle to get to the marker positions that I set. They are all gone now. So are the two boxes that had the punch-in and punch-out times when punch in was enabled.

Where the heck did they go and how can I get them back.

Check in the tool bar 'right click where you filter the options? Note in that tool bar area as they seem to be sorted into different groups of tools. Can it be enabled with a keyboard shortcut?
