See I never even thought about that, I was probably so damn amped to record my tracks
that I totally deleted the idea that, the
write/protect tab could be the solution

I need to slow down, I do tracks so fast, and I get so amped about them I freakin lose my mind afterwards ---- thanks whewwwww(wipin my forhead)
 
The scenerio: all the plugs are correct
because I can hear the play back on the ADAT


The Problem: for some reason I can't record onto the ADAT tapes. I have on the mixer
8 buss out going into the ADAT,
then 8 out of ADAT into 8 in on mixer

It's probably something simple that I'm overlooking

any answers ?
