issue with click

i'm trying to get the metronome to change speeds on my cubase le program but i go to change it and press play and it goes back to 120 4/4 every time.

is there something i'm missing here? I had it working a while back... now i cant get it to change

Change from track to fixed, or change it in the tempo track.
