Is this ok to start out?

I would take the time to try to find the best prices on the net on each of these items and then post what you found. Thats allways valuable information when posting an answer.
Buying used gear is smart, if the price is right. I dont know too much about this gear though.

I would also question the seller. I noticed he has no rating. That would be a big red flag to me when spending that much money.
 
Including two Behringer pieces in his/her 'everything you need' package sounds like he/she had the RME and thought it wasn't attractive enough all by itself.

Also, a whole bunch depends on the computer you will use this stuff with. What kind of computer do you have? And will it be fast enough and have enough memory to take full adantage of the fancy RME card...

And what thajeremy said about spending that much with a seller who's never done ANY ebay deals --- or worse, has negatives under a different name --- would certainly make me think long and hard.
 
that card is pretty nice... and despite their brand name I've heard nothing but good reviews of those ada8000's... the price is probably about right considering how much gear there is there.. I guess it would be a pretty good buy
