Is this mixer enough for us?

Techinically there are enough channels for what you listed, but if your cutting it that close I would reccommend a few more channels for expansion in the future.
 
In the future you may want some extra channels, you could purchase a new mixer and use the yamaha one as a sub mixer eg dedicated for an acoustic drum kit.
 
Between your list and the MG12, and assuming your drum feed is already a submix, you're probably already limiting yourself with interfacing the guitar and bass. Spend the extra $80 and get the 16 . . .

We have a quorum. No it is not big enough. 16 channels minimum or you will rue the day you bought for today!
