Is this a good mic?

I was wondering if the Audio Technica MB2000L is a very good mic? Anyone heard of it? I use it mainly for micing my guitar amp and sometimes for vocal mic purposes. Sometimes I get bad feedback from it though when recording my amp through my computer. So I'm wondering if it is my mic or the soundcard. I'm already going to replace the soundcard but if I also fiund out the mic is a piece of crap then I'll replace both. Thanks!
