Is that a tascam reel to reel?

Hey check this out, is that a tascam reel to reel in the background? Pic is a little dark on my screen...

Nice to see analog being used in the underground world of music making. I got the pic from the bands myspace page. They are called "The Smiles and Frowns". I wish you could tell what mixer they are using in the pics, but you cant really see it.

Also, i can see a reslo mic of course and it looks like a shure sm7. Also some kind of synthesizer and a fender super sonic guitar. I think thats a radioshack? reverb on top of the speaker but cant be sure.

yeah it looks like a 38 but it looks black on my screen. Probably just the photos. Thanks
 
I just checked out their tunes -- awesome stuff! I think I might have to snag their album on vinyl when it's released! :)

Now, THAT'S a geek- someone who makes no mention of the music, but has all the gear info nailed to the wall!

And what kinda bow is the bassist using?
