Is my vocal good enuff? please hear

after all those problem concerning the sm58 not outputing hot signal
i decided to post what irecorded and have you all decided that i did it right or wrong
also you can hear the annoying noise lurking in the background
please tell me if this is normal
or if not how can i getrid
PLUS you can hear some of thai language !!!
sorry if i make new topic all the time
i'm on 2 weeks vacations that i move my comp with me to record vocal so i'm in a hurry to get it done right

I think it's good enough. There is a little noise but if there is going to be music then the noise won't be heard.
