iO2 Express issue

Hi. I recently bought new iO2 Express and I'm a little confused. Sound quality at phones out is MUCH LOWER than at main out. Is it normal or should I mail seller to send me a new one 'cos this one is broken?
Does anyone has this interface and could check this thing for me?

I have one, but the main outs go to my monitors so I can't really compare the outputs, I've never noticed that the output on the headphone socket was low tho!!, but if your not happy then ask for a replacement, mine had to go back because it developed a fault, but it's been fine ever since!


I'd say exchange if you can!

My headphones are quite good quality, they sounds well but when I plug them in iO2 they magically loss all the low freqs.
I'll ask for replacement. Thanks for your feedback.
