rockabilly1955 said:well..........i decided on my interface and bought a Presonus Firebox firewire. It does exactly what i want it to do. Has a 6 input simultaneous recording capability. 4 are analog and 2 are for midi/spdif, 2 mic preamps. With my music i never record more than 4 tracks simultaneously, so it will work just fine. I could always use my analog mixer for preamps as well. It set up with out any trouble, didnt even have to download any latest driver of anykind. It comes with Cubase, but i do not like that program. I tried it with my Magix Audio Studio DAW and it can run under ASIO and WDM. Worked great. So far i set the latency as low as 2 ms with out no problem, and i will experiment with lower settings. Best of all, it was on sale at the local GC for $250. Pretty good deal and now i look forward to making future songs with it. And oh yeah......... imma check out the raza forum!!![]()
