Yeah nice composition here. Vocals are cool. One nit I have is hearing the mouth clicks during the quiet parts. Whatever, it's a neat tune, well put together. Good job
 
Excellent song.
Nice performance.
Cymbals are a little loud.
Sibiliance , particularly at the beginning, is very pronounced - can you de ess?
Also quite a lot of mouth noise - this can probably be edited out.

I found that a bit annoying to. It is one of the many things that can happen as a result of compression. I am not sure if I could edit it out or not, being as how some of the "mouth noise" come in to play (I think) before I am done speaking/singing. And, I am not sure what a de-esser is. I have seen it in my plugin section and have messed with it a few times, but it just seems to muffle things. Do I have the threshold set to high or something?
 
It's more than de-essing. You need to back off the compression on the vocals... a lot. You can also back away from the mic a few inches, too.

Most everything else sounds nice. I especially like the intro. Good story in the lyrics, too.

With the de esser you find the freqeuency or slot etc that matches the ssss es in the vocal tehn set the level of DE ing to de done & with some tweaking around it reduces the sss.
fader automation or editing may address a fair bit ofthe noise.
Using a pop screen between you & the mic will help in future. Very close mic work is very difficult.
You could mic at a distance then use a plug in like blockfish which has a close mic simulation taht's pretty cool.
 
really nice tune, great chord changes. Voice doesn't bother me the way it is, sounds very live to me with lots of character. Well done!
