I'm looking at putting together an internet radio stationwith two of my friends. what we need is to have the audio come from out three computers and maybe a 4rth go to out computer that will be uploading. what will we need to get the sound to the upload computer? can we go straight into the sound card or do we need something in between?

Without knowing what kind of computer components and what platform you will be running on each, you're not going to get a real good answer. That being said, I would suggest networking them together to swap files between 'em.

We will all 3 be running XP computers with standard sound blaster live sound cards. the 4th computer will either be another XP machine or a server running linux. what I want is to get the three computers to send live adio to the upload machine not pre recorded sound.
