Internal Colck Issues

I just opened a project and it the nome to it was way off and all the tracks where out of time. What happened??? I'm in cubase sx with a Q10. When I opened it said internal clock error. I have no idea why. HELP!!!

Oh My!!!! Please help me!!!!!! All my songs are like this!!!!!!! I have no clue how to fix it!!
