Interface Upgrade! Suggestions?

How's it going guys?

I'm currently using the Focusrite Saffire LE with my MacBook..
Over time my home set up has grown and I need a firewire interface that can support more inputs.

Equipment:

Vocals: Rode NT1000 > SafeSound P1 Preamp > Kurzweil Rumor = 1 input
Keys: Yamaha Motif ES6 = 2 inputs
Guitar: Pod Line6 XT = 2 inputs

a few extra inputs wouldn't be a bad idea. I'm thinking 10 inputs in total.
Im looking for something that wont degrade my quality.

Budget: $300 -$500

ROFL...I just ordered a new interface. I agonized on this bbs for about a week before I decided which one.:D:D
