I'm starting to make a home studio but I still do not have money to buy a set of active monitors.
I have a stereo with speakers of pioneer.
I'll buy an audio interface (m-audio c400) but has the line outputs to conventional active speakers.
i wanna know how to connect RCAs on this interface.

i have an image for you! :D

each output line will correspond to an active speaker, right?
* if i connect a 1/4 "to RCA adapter on one of these line outputs it will sound correct?
* I ask this because there are 4 outputs

Use two 1/4"-RCA cables. Monitor line output 1 to aux input L, monitor line output 2 to aux input R.

1/4" to RCA would should work fine. Are you saying there are 4 outputs for monitoring?

yes! there are line outputs for two sets of active monitors (m-audio c400). i will only use one set.
