interface or soundcard for cheap

Whats the best card/interface that could give me give me 2 tracks and a stereo track(like a serperate left and right plug 3/4 kinda thing) or 2 stereo tracks i can use as 2 tracks and a stereo. If possible I would like to stay under 200 the cheaper the better. I would like each of the 3 tracks to record to there own track in a recording program. Ive already got software and alot of them come with some so that isnt a concern.

A delta 44 will let you record 4 mono or 2 stereo tracks. $150
 
That doesn't look like a computer interface, and yes the audiophile has 2 analog inputs
