Found this on the Digifreq forum.

Kind of a neat little download.

Tells you everything thats inside your computer without opening the case.

Here's the link : http://www.belarc.com/Home.html

Once you get there, choose "Belarc Advisor - Free Personal PC Audit" to download the program.

To give you an idea, this is the information that this utility will display for you:

Your Operating System
*Your Processor
*Your Drive(s)
*Your Controllers
*Your Bus Adapter(s)
*Your Communications Device(s)
*Your System Model (very important)
*Your Main Circuit Board (very important)
*Your Memory Modules (it will probably ask you to "buy more", tell me if you see that, hehe:)
*Your Local Drive Volumes
*Your Network Drive(s)
*Your Printer
*Your Display
*Your Multimedia Devices
*Your "Other Devices"
*Your Software Licenses
*Your Software Versions (very important

That's a cool little prog...just downloaded it to see what all goodies are on this old Pentium II we got. Must say I'm finally glad to see what kind of motherboard this thing has. And if anyone wants some specs for this obsolete machine let me know :D Although after reading the specs this one has got me wondering:

Processor
350 megahertz Intel Pentium II
32 kilobyte primary memory cache
512 kilobyte secondary memory cache

Aren't the modern cache's in like the MB range? If so it shows you that this thing is pretty out of date.

No, I think that the L1 cache on even the P4 is only 32Kb...maybe 64. The L2 cache on the PIII and PIV is actually smaller than the pII, at 256Kb...but it's full speed whereas the cache on the PII is half speed.

Slackmaster 2000

on the athlon the L1 cache is 128KB and L2 is 256KB... not into MB's yet...

you may be thinking of the apple power macs which have 2MB DDR SDRAM L3 caches per processor.

If you want MB cach sizes, go to the Xeon range. There have been up to 2MB. For the price of a normal PC.
