Sorry.. just updated it to include the second section. Feel free to check it out!

This track starts off in a dreamy way, very ethereal. Just when you thinking that you have figured it out, we get a series of changes from 1 minute on, and it is the changing moods and textures that keep you hooked in . . . I keep wondering what's going to come up next.

You've done well with this. It is still an ambient track, but it is better than the usual ambient doodles in that there is a sense of definite progression happening. I was disappointe when it finished. I forgot to check how ling it wwent, but it didn't seem very long. That's probably a good sign!

Just listening to some of your other stuff - it's lush. Rough Sketches really creates a lovely mood. Interesting sort of music to do on your own - I usually associate this sort of music with a band...

S'good though. Ah, 125125, is nice too, but not quite as accessible as the others, maybe. Reminds me a little - towards the end - of the film After Hours! Dunno why!

All in all, a compelling bunch of sounds you're creating :)

Thanks for the feedback guys! I've been trying all sorts of different stylings and techniques to see what I can do best without sounding forced. Everything on that site is considered (for the most part) works in progress, so just about everything is being worked on in some capacity. That 125125 was really my first attempt at doing layers of synths and trying to come up with an orchestrated sound, that progressed into more rock based music, so we'll see where it goes!

Yes I really like the way this evolves. Dreamy but also very precise, if that makes any sense. I guess the only thing I'd change is the drum sound in the middle (the "rock section") - somehow it seems a little "heavy" for the mood. But that's just me... Nicely done!

Thanks for the feedback jmasek! Actually, I think you're the first person to say that they didn't like the drums. I do most of it with just drum samples, and that was the first beat that popped into my head while I was recording. Is it too heavy in the way that it is mixed, or just too "hard" of a beat where it feels like it should be more laid back?

Always looking to try something different for the sake of improving a song! :)
