There are several good videos. Dave Weckl has some videos that provide good information on technique. Zoro has a series of videos on several funk/R&B grooves. Any of the Modern Drummer Festival videos include incredible playing by the top drummers. Watching any Buddy Rich video can make you practise like crazy (or want to stop playing entirely). Peart has a video, Gadd has a video, etc. etc.
Check out you local drum store or look in any catalog.
By the way, I've been playing for 30 years - and there have been several times I've hit a wall. You either play through it or take a break until you're inspired again. Over the years I've developed good hand percussion chops, decent keyboard chops, fair guitar chops and reasonable recording chops - all because my motivation for the drums hit certain lows - but I always came back to the drums.
If you are a serious musician (in your heart and soul) - you will always reach a new level.
