W Wazn Member Aug 9, 2007 #2 Protools and vst. Hey, I dont beleive protools can use vst plugins. I beleive you need an adapter, such as; VST to RTAS Adapter http://www.fxpansion.com/index.php?page=15 It takes the VST and emulates it to a RTAS format.
