dosnt protools m-power able to take VTS plugins if not i do have VTS wrapper just not currently installed.

Pro Tools LE only accepts RTAS and Audio Suite plugins natively. If you want to use VST you need the VST to RTAS wrapper available from fxpansion

anywhere. When you run the wrapper it will detect the VST plugs. I just put mine all in a folder labeled "VST plugins"

just install it. don't you have an installation CD? run that.
it builds a shortcut. run that program and it will search and wrap all your VST. Then you're done.

If you're using the FXpansion wrapper or whatever it's called, it'll automatically detect VSTs, wrap them to RTAS as automatically put the RTAS in the correct folder.
Incidentally, this folder is located somewhere in
C:\Program Files\Common Files\DAE\Plug-Ins
I believe? That's what i remember off the top of ma dome.
