Install troubles on the Inca88

Hiu guys

I finally tried to install the inca88 but I allways get the message the device wsnt installed correctly

my mobo is an Asus p2bf with a celeron 1000 and 320 mb mem
and I have a BX chipset which is nothing fancy actually as old as the street

anyone any ideas ?

but that wont be necesary anymore ...

after upgrading to xp SP1 the soundcard worked ...

well so to speak yesterday it hung up after 1 second of audio playback but I had that problem as well with my trusty old SB card a couple of times ...
nothing a previous ghost image cant help I guess ...

Damn think I cried victory a bit too soon

it appears that I cannot play audio cd's over my soundcard directly
I hear a heapload of jibberish and squeels but no audio from my cs's

I think I hooked it up correctly (can;t see how I could manage to scruew that up??)

Any ideas ??
