.ins file for XP-30?

I just bought a Roland XP-30 for use with Cakewalk. Can I communicate with it using the standard roland.ins instrument definition from the Cakewalk website, or do I need another .ins file?

If I need another one, is there one publicly available, or am I gonna hafta write one?

Thanks for your help!

Does anyone know the answer to this? I'm strugglin'! I went into the Cakewalk manual, and I started reading about RPN and NRPN and all kinds of other things I'd never heard of. (I'm a lowly guitarist.) Anyway, I think I'm in over my head enough that it'll take me a very long time to actually create my own instrument definition...

Thanks!
