could anyone tell me, some of the industry standard headphones used in top studios?
Thanks
Thanks
Typically, you'll find AKG 240's, Sony 7506's, and MoreMe Deluxes in lots of the top studios. I know the MoreMe's seem to be a strange choice, but it's true.Melsi said:could anyone tell me, some of the industry standard headphones used in top studios?

I asked in the Joss Stone session, and they are all using the MoreMe's.
Joss is singing with them! She loved them, and had asked the crew what kind they were.
The bass player had AKG's, and kept asking for more bass, more bass. He was never happy. Osie gave him a pair of MM's and he loved everything, no other change in the mix.
So, they are a hit here.
Best,
Terry

Actually, the 240's are not closed back, so you can get some bleed.Melsi said:could anyone tell me whether the akg 240's are well isolated, like you wont get any bleed when recording?
Thanks
