Hi folks,
I have a rookie question....
(and I'm not sure I even have the right vocabulary ... yet
)
I'm recording through a Behringer 1202. Both mic and guitar to the Behringer and then to PC line-in. I am using Magix Studio and Audacity as software mixers.
When I record the first track, lets say a guitar rhythm, all is well. However, when I record a second track, a bass perhaps, the first track is copied into the second track. It's more like dubbing than recording an indiviual instrument track.
How do I keep tracks seperate so that I can mix them down?
Thanks,
Ambrose
