The right channel is significantly quieter than the left on a stereo track in my Cubase project. I'd have thought there would be a way to increase the volume of each separate waveform (i.e. either left or right) but I can't find a way to do this. If someone knows how to do this I'd be grateful to find out.

Devices > VST Outputs. Unlink the fader.

Or bus the tracks to a group track, pan it right until it evens out, and jack the volume back up.

Or find out why your mix is so lopsided and fix it.

Thanks. That does enable me to hear the track with the right channel increased, but I need to be able to fix the levels permanently.

I have imported a stereo piece of music onto a track, the left channel of which happens to be slightly louder. I need to be able to increase the right channel volume so I can save this change so I can export it.

Pan it right till they're even, boost the volume back to the original level, and you're done.

...and then after that, if you're a stickler for neatness like me, you could mix it down to a new stereo track.
