In Need of Serious Help!

I am looking to set up my home studio. I know there are a lot of posts like this, but I need some serious help. I am looking to record PC-based. Right now I have a Yamaha DJX Keyboard, Rhythm Trak123 drum machine. As far as software, I have Cakewalk Sonar,Cool Edit Pro, and ACID Pro 3.0. I know that I need more hardware, such as mics, a good soundcard, mixer, etc. Is there anyone here that would like to assist me? I would appreciate it greatly.
