Importing MR-8 tracks to tracks in software

How is this done? I plan to use my Guitar Tracks to supplement the MR-8, so is it fairly simple to export tracks from the MR-8 to my software? If there's another thread here already discussing this, please post a link.

go to fostex web site download the wav. manager, install on your pc, hook up via usb, unless you have win 98 or se, then you must use a card reader, open wav manager, select track.... going back to the mr8 files must be 16 bit 144 mon filesa named tr01.wav

Even though I am running Windows 2000, I still use WavManager and a card reader, rather than hooking the MR8 up through a USB cable. Just seems easier to me, since I track in another room, not to have to tote the MR8 from room to room. Either method should work just fine, unless as Dave pointed out, you're using W98.
