Important Reason Question!!

Yo, I just got Propellerhead's Reason. I installed it and everything was running perfectly until I tried to open the soundbanks (Factory and Orkester) and there's nothing there! The file's open but there's nothing in them. Please help! Any suggestions?

i don't have reason but my friend does.
i am pretty sure that you access those files by creating a synth or sampler or whatever and then selecting 'load bank' on that device. and that will bring up all of the preset banks for that device.
