No paint chips, no gouges. A bit of very, very small scratches above and below the strings, you can't see unless the light is right. A small amount of buckle rash.(bass protected by belly)

Not because of the extra notes like everyone thinks.
But because you can play that low E on the fifth fret.
That's such a cool thing to be able to do when you're playing certain patterns.
