Ok, I'm working on my studio and I'm wondering..... the recording booth at the moment hasn't had anything done to it and it has a nice amount of reverb in it, maybe it would be a good idea if I.. (by the way, I'm trying to build this studio with very little money... Not that I'm poor or anything, it's just that.. I'm doing it to... er ...to test ...my ability ....in... er .. studio building.. display thing,... yeh, and it's not even my studio anyway!!.... But let's just pretend that it was) ..was to leave the recording booth without any sound proofing and have it as a bathroom sort of reverb room and when I want to record something dry I could fill the room with..... 8 polystyrene blocks 1m x 60 cm covered in material from the bottom of a sofa to absorb the high frequencies to stop the reverb and make the room dry!! Does anyone think that it would be a good idea?
