Man, you really don't believe in spending less than $100 per channel of DI do you? 
That's really unneccessary in my opinion.
For example, you could get a stack of the Radial ProD2's, the stereo version lists at $150 and sells for around $129:

I don't know if the stereo DI's fit in the J-Rak, but the Radial JDI models do. You might want to ask them about that though, they might be able to come up with a custom rack for their stereo ProD2 model, as they do have a custom shop.
