hire a top notch pro designer and construction crew to build it... keep it under $25M though so the kid's trust funds aren't too small

I've got to agree - if money were not a problem I would hire someone. Most magazine articles that feature pro studios identify who designed the studio. Some of the same names appear often....that's where my money would go.
