if i had a cd burner, whats the right volume level? how do i make them each the same

if i cd burned one of my tracks, whats a good volume level, dont want it to be to loud or to low. an tips on how i should cd burn my tracks

For instance, you need to Normalize the wav. For complex, master it in mastering house...
