identify a vocal effect

theres a vocal effect ive been trying to identify used on a song by "2scratch-shewolf" (sample below) idk it sounds like some sort of flanger used on the whole vocal..i know there using auto tune also..can someone help me?

It sounds to me like a doubled vocal with one track being pitch shifted through an auto-tune device or plugin.

Auto tune, timed delay, reverb, some kind of knob being turned on whatever pile of effects they selected, so some kind of EQ.

sounds like the sort of thing you create by accident and pure luck. Pretty unpleasant, and a bit of a mess, but on this track, it fits fine. I can’t see it being useful on another, even by the people who produced it. I guess you’ll just have to take your track, your effects and their knobs and twiddle. The components are quite easy to determine, but recreating it, if that’s what you are thinking, will be very difficult, success wise.

There are several plugins that specialize in this sort of vocal manipulation. I hear pitch shifting, delay, modulation and distortion. Waves Ovox, Izotope Vocal synth, etc.
