Hey guys,

I have an Ibanez AD99 Analog Delay pedal but no adapter for it. Has anyone ever been able to contact this company? Their website seems to dance around this issue.

Anybody got a clue?

thanks

just open it, cut the wires to the battery and get any old 9v (i'm assumeing it's a 9v pedal please ignor if im wrong) pedal power supply, cut ends and wire in.

not the best solution but it'll work.

also, just look in musicians friend or whatever. some company's make "fits all"
powersupplies with interchangeable ends.

what kinda hookup does it need???

cilinder with hole in it?
pin end?
scary propritary bull poop?

The power requirements say 26ma/9V

I have an adapter with variable voltage, and I've tried it set to 9v, but it's 300ma, and it just squeals when I plug it in.

Giraffe, there is no battery in this unit. It's DC only. It uses a male jack, so it needs a female plug. Like I said, I can't find a way to get 26ma. I've never seen that before.

Is it an AD9 or an AD99? I have never seen an AD99 made my Ibanez.

It's an AD99. It's a big black pedal with the purple butterfly-looking thing on the face. It's a slightly older pedal, but it doesn't look anything like the TS-style pedal.

Here's a picture of it.

Are you positive that the back doesnt unscrew to put a battery in it? Otherwise, thats very odd that it doesnt run off a battery.

Very odd indeed, but there is no battery option, even with the back taken off.
