i m a stranger from Morocco

didn't Michael Jackson record that?

If your not using one try a tape delay aswell as reverb, a long one that repeats on the beat maybe, and then turn reverb down a bit ( although it's hard to tell if it's right or not without backing track), the track you showed as an example sounds like it's been auto-tuned a bit maybe try that.

Here you go man. Here's your video.

And here's the example of what you would like it to sound like.

You said, I think, that you were using delay and reverb, when I listened to the track you wanted to sound like, it seemed to have a long delay on it, your example sounded like mainly reverb, and maybe a bit of a quick repeating delay, so I was saying set your delay so that it repeats your vocal at longer intervals, which gives a different feel to a quick delay or reverb and maybe what your after, because it's hard to know exactly what it is about the vocal your trying to sound like that you don't think your vocal has.

The other thing I noticed about the vocal you want to sound like is it sounded like it had been auto-tuned and you could hear the auto tune working, it has a little bit of that t-pain sound just not very obvious and I thought this might be what you wanted in your track. I'm not saying you sounded out of tune.

As far as vst's go any delay plug in will give you the delay, I don't know if you have auto tune or melodyne but they're what you need for that Subtle t-pain effect.

Before you worry about adding any VSTs...add the music...then listen to the vocals with the music...then decide.

You may not need to add anything to the vocal.

Yeah I was thinking this after I posted, FWIX individual sounds and vocals often seem better in context, you might not be allowing for this when your comparing your vocal to his.
