Hi Roomx,

here's another record from me.

2. Genre and influences
CCR. I made it a little different than the original, with a fresh rythm, more country-like. Do you know Alan Jackson's Summertime Blues, or Mercury Blues ?

3. Lyrics.
I think everybody knows :-)

4. Instruments/ gear used.
Same as in the songs before.

All the other who wants a review

I had a long day at work today (13 hours), so I'm a bit tired. Will get back to your songs as soon as possible.

Looking forward to listen to them. Reviewing them also gives me ideas and knowledge to make my own songs better.

Here is my subjective, personal opinion:

1. Melody
6 Very nice melody. you took a chance adding the "backround" instrumentation, but I think it failed to add anything to the song. Instead it drowns in the idea.

2. Vocals
7+ Great voice, with some real potential. It could do fine by it's own. Let your voice carry your tunes!

3. Instrumentation
4 Well. I would like to hear a version of this song without the backround instrumentation. Sound like a producer got an idea, and made it his/hers own project and forgot about what the song was all about in the first place.
Great guitar sound, though.

4. Lyrics
8 Great lyrics. Both scary and melancholic with a revenge lurking. Looking forward to part II of the lyric.

5. Quality of mix
7 Well. It's a good mix. (to much bottom for my speakers, though.

6. Overall impression
6+

Hard to decide how to rate this song. Very good voice, nice melody. A great potential. Looking forward to hearing some other versions of it.
