I'm working on a cd to sell at shows... Do you think a recording of this quality is good enough?

I think this is a very good song.....recording is good, but the vocals seem to be near clipping, and may even clip at times. The system I am listening on is a computer with 5.1 surround. Pretty decent, but not the best. It's just once in a while, and may be that my system is really enhancing this. It happens at the beggining, and seems there is some sibilance. Other than that, very good song. Guitar is very clean, and the voice is great. I realy like it.

Very clean noise free intro. I like the interaction between the two gutiars. Yeah the recording on the instruments sounds very upfront and clear. I think your voice comes in a bit loud though. It sounded like max volume before your voice came in and your voice put it over the top, so you might want to lower the whole thing some, make sure it's not clipping like dogman said.
Can you view the whole waveform of the mp3 to make sure the peaks are just under the clipping zone? I use Goldwave (it's a free program) at the very end to make sure the waveform looks good.
Cool guitar tones in the little solo things in the middle.
