I want to keep the Metronome Sound in a song

I recorded a song using the "Latin 3" sounds from cooledit pro 2 metronome.
my question is, I would like to use this sound within the song, but as you all know, when mixing down files, the metronome is disregarded.

Is there anyway I could enable these sounds in the final recording?

Record it. Mute everything and somehow route line out to line in.
Depending on your soundcard, you may be able to record it without going analog. A "Stereo Mix", "What U Hear" or Monitor mixer is available as a record source for many audio interfaces.
