I have no idea what they are doing on this track, though it's clearly possible. What would I do to attain this level of skill and creativity for those of you who know and what would I do to recreate this. I know i will learn a lot by covering this song. I don't know any producers who can do this? Anybody out there willing to learn with me or teach??? ^_^ Thanks you so much! Be blessed in all you do.

Michael Jackson-Heartbreaker

That's the song :-D

A lot of this is electronic music and if you have a nitch for it it will come easy for it's just you and you won't have to rely on other people.
Multiple tracks of instruments and all you have to do is layer it until your satisfied with your work.
I suggest that you down load Reaper HERE and get to work.

Good luck and everyone here can help you along the way.

THANKS SO MUCH!!! My background is in classical and I now love electronic music because of all the creative opportuinities!!! I will be in heaven when I'm making music like this :-D

Same here ... classically trained but my heart is in an other place.
Reaper is a great DAW and you'll need to put your nose to the grind stone but the finished product with be worth it.

I think first you need to have a child and name him "Blanket"...

Aww cool man! No such thing as a music geek haha. I play flamenco/classical guitar. :D

Very interesting normal guitars, octave, six guitars bass - all nylon classical type and two stand up basses. Totaling in all 37 pieces.

We did everything from Bach to contemporary. Really nice arrangements.

At the time (Very early 80's) we were one of only two such orchestras in the world. The other being in Germany.

Sounds cool man! I don't know if I'm cut out for working in big groups. I just don't like it.
