the 800s before i sell anything.
but im still working up to 800, so i have time.

The JCM does look nice, as does the Ampeg.

But would they fit my pop punk style and be dependable?
 
I'm not apl, never met him.

I have all Fender and Vox amps but no stacks. Must confess the first thing I thought of was Carvin. American made since 1946 and very good value for the money

Mesa Boogie is GREAT stuff, but the original poster gave a budget of $800!
 
you should be able to pick up an
Ampeg V4 head for under 400.00
Blow a marshall away every time. IMO
Just ask Johnny Winter or Keith Richards.
