I think this is too basic but need help

Hello, maybe somebody asked the same question or has passed through this problem with SONAR. I don´t know exactly what I did but when I playback something the track view shows me the point were I started and doesn´t moves along with the line. The same happens if I want to move through markers, I can´t see the marked position in the track view, it doesn´t go there.
I´m sure this is something easy to solve but I´ve read the manual and tried to figure out by myself without any luck.

this can be set in the global options menu. you can have the program follow the music or have it where the bar thingy is set. i like having it set in one place personally as it is annoying having it move around when you are tyring to edit one spot. i can see place where the other optoin would be useful though
 
I like the track view moving as the song is running. It´s a matter of taste, I think.
I check the options global thing but there´s nothing related to playback status or something like that, just the When stop return to marker....

check "scroll lock" button on keyboard. many times when my S4 stops tracking along with play/record, it's because I've hit the scroll lock button by accident...
