I think its called mixing down?

I'm using Logic 9.0.0 at the moment and i dont know how i can mix it all down into one track that i could listen on my iPod for example?? Its not like Garageband where it makes it Mp3 straight off...how do i make it an audio file in Logic for Mac

I dont use logic, but sometimes its reffered to as "export to..." aswell...is that an option?
