Ok, basically, it's like this...
I want to build 2 home studio set-ups, nothing big, just one downstairs, one in my spare room upstairs.
Downstairs I have a MOTU 828 mk II, connected to my comp.
Upstairs, I have Roland MMP-2 external pre, but I need a soundcard for that setup, so help me out, I need some suggestions.
HOWEVER, I will NOT be getting ANY Delta series from M-Audio, because of the MONO outs, and I am not going to buy a mixer just to run my headphones and monitors at the same time, so please suggest something other than those.
I was looking at the Echo Gina 24, and the Aardvark LX6 (?), both are about the same price, but which is better quality wise?
I was told the Echo is in the same league as a Delta 66, and that doesnt tickle my fancy, so lay some suggestions down, please, keep it $400.00 or under.
