Hey Dantell, it's looking much better.
I would agree that animated gifs are a bad idea. The white horizontal lines seem to cut through the page too much for my liking. If you're set on them, maybe try using a different colour or something. Simply add a color="whichevercoloryourchoose" inside the HR tag (if that is in fact what you used). Anyway, it's coming along very nicely. All the best man.
