I need mics!!

ok, I'm recording emo/punk/hardcore/screamo bands.. and
for the most part the vocals are high pitched and whiny. I need a mic for recording vocals.. whether they be singing or screaming that will not sound like they are singing in a can which is what my MCA sp1 sounds like. It would be nice if I could record screaming in this same mic. I'm a cheapo.. so give me stuff thats 100.00 or less. I don't wanna put alot into this since I'm not that great at it yet. I also need another mic for recording guitar. I was told sm57's were good for this.. but any rec.?

Marshall MXLv67 ($99) for vocals....

Shure SM57 on guitar amps.....

Yup, hard to go wrong with those 2. The 57 might even work for the vocals in this case.
